Chicago – January 17, 2023 – Atlas Technology Solutions, the pioneer of direct Employer of Record (EOR) services, today announces the addition of Kirsten O. Wolberg to its Board of Directors.

Kirsten, a seasoned technology and operations executive, has served for over 20 years in leadership roles at innovative, high-growth technology companies including DocuSign, PayPal, and Salesforce. She is currently a Board Director for Sallie Mae (NASDAQ: SLM), Dynatrace (NYSE: DT), and CalAmp (NASDAQ: CAMP), in addition to serving as an Independent Director for Pie Insurance, Epidemic Sound, and Pryon. Kirsten is also an NACD Certified Board Director.

Kirsten shares the Atlas values of workforce diversity and inclusion, demonstrated through her non-profit leadership in workforce development. She served for 15 years on the Year Up Bay Area board and is currently Board President of JVS, an organization committed to closing the opportunity gap through community outreach and partnerships, impactful career training programs, and policy change initiatives. Kirsten’s experience in community focus will help to bring additional perspectives to Atlas’ ESG program.
